Terms
Updated 4 November 2026
Fader is sold by Nastya Tommy Inc., a company in Ontario, Canada ("we"). Stripe processes the payment.
What you buy. A licence to use Fader 1, set out in full in the LICENSE file in the download. In short:
- Use Fader in as many projects as you like: your own, your employer's and your clients'.
- Change it however you like, and ship what you build with it.
- Don't resell, share or publish Fader itself, or sell a design system, UI kit or starter made from it.
Price and taxes. The price is in US dollars, paid once. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Delivery. Right after you pay, a page gives you your own download link. It always gives the newest 1.x version, so keep it, and don't share it: a shared link can be turned off. When you buy, you ask for Fader to be delivered right away, and you agree that once the download is available to you, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase.
All sales are final. See Refunds.
Updates. Every 1.x version is included. Fader is updated from time to time, often from buyers' feedback. A future Fader 2 may be sold separately.
Help. Fader is made to be installed and worked on with your coding agent, so that's the quickest first help. When it gets stuck, or for a bug or an idea, write to us: every piece of feedback is read.
No warranty. Fader is provided as is. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
